I sent out a request for our home's gate repair on a Saturday night at around 8 PM after it stopped working completely. We had been stressed and worried after another repair technician couldn't figure out what the issue was.

Avi responded very quickly and scheduled to come in the next day (Sunday) at 9 am. He was very responsive, hilarious with my family, and even came early on a Sunday morning!

Our gate operator stopped working due to the recent rains from tropical storm Hillary. Prompt and courteous response. Technician was very friendly and accommodating in answering our questions and addressing our concerns. Reasonably priced. I was looking into getting a New  Intercom for my gate. Avi came to my home and provided me with details and a written estimate for a new MyQ system, great service and answered all my questions. We called several companies before choosing Hero Tec, The first time we spoke to Avi we knew we were speaking to a professional. His prices were reasonable.. We were set on buying a side garage opener in order to get rid of the center rail. He advised us on what brand to purchase / We ordered it and a newer model was now available and the one we chose was discontinued so without charging us extra he got the newer model for us and honored the original estimate. This new model comes with an app feature as well. He sent his professional team to install it.. In addition to that, he went above and beyond to set up new parameters after we made adjustments to our garage flooring.
